I’ve finally decided to get back into classes for photography, and have started the Professional Photographers Certificate program at Boston University’s CDIA. I started in May, and already love it! I have met some great people already, and I’m really glad to be picking up my camera more often.
Our first official assignment was the Alphabet project. I thought it was especially appropriate to start with the ABC’s, since we were essentially learning the ABC’s of a proper workflow and image.
The assignment was to take photographs of everyday things or places that looked like letters, with the goal of creating the complete alphabet. My images came from Waltham, New York, Provincetown, and my own backyard!
Here’s my final submission – I will never be able to walk down the street again without seeing letters!
