A few weeks ago, I was able to collaborate with Smokeyeye Makeup Aristry and Stephanie’s Floral Design to arrange a mock bridal shoot. The weather forecast was pretty iffy that day, so I called around to a few places for some possible indoor locations for shooting. The Red Lion Inn in Hingham came to our rescue, and let us completely have the run of the place while they set up for the wedding they had booked that day. The weather ended up being great, so we were able to use all of the grounds – extra bonus!
Our first model was Le, a beautiful girl who was actually getting married the weekend after our shoot. She was so sweet, and you could tell she was so excited to be in her dress! She had a classic and simple style, with just the perfect amount of flair!
I love Le’s smile – especially when we got her laughing!
Our next model was Angie, who had much more of an edgy look. The dress we had for her was definitely bold, and Angie was ready for it. She rocked it! Thank you to Will, my friend who was also joined me to shoot that day, for borrowing the dress from Sabella Couture!
I loved the style of her ring too – had to get a shot of it!
Stephanie did such a wonderful job on our flowers for the day. We told her to make whatever she wanted, and she came up with this fabulous bouquet of roses and orchids. She even made an extra yellow bridesmaid style bouquet to boot!
Thank you to everyone involved in making this a wonderful afternoon – everything worked out beautifully!
