Sally & Tom | Ocean Edge Resort Wedding, Brewster, MA | Cape Cod Wedding Photographer

Fall is definitely here, and I have to admit, while I love me some awesome foliage, I do miss being able to rock out some photos wearing flip flops on the beach.  So today, I’m sharing Sally & Tom’s Ocean Edge wedding, where I joined Elaine Donohue Photography to capture the wedding of one of the most accomplished and caring couples I have had the pleasure of meeting.

Sally and her girls were so calm.  You could feel in the room how ready Sally was to join Tom on the beach and start spending the rest of their lives together.

It was time to put on her dress, and the minute Sally had it on, she just could not stop smiling, and seeing her dad’s reaction, quite literally melted my heart.

It was time to head over with the boys while they put on their finishing touches and took a few quick family photos before it was time to head down to the water.

The socks! I cannot stand how fantabulous they are!

It was an absolutely emotion filled ceremony, and Sally & Tom could not have asked for more perfect weather.

I adore Ocean Edge at low tide.  And Sally and Tom just vastly improved the landscape.

Elaine was hard at work, while some of the groomsmen couldn’t help but join in on being a photographer (even if only for a minute).

Sally and Tom love to travel (Sally was even in the Peace Corps!), so all of their reception decor was based off of blue and yellow fabric they had found in one of their trips to Africa.

They were also very conscious of making sure that nothing went to waste, so their centerpieces and favors were all plants that guests could take home and either set in a window or plant outside.  Perfect touch.

This peanut is just one of the most precious little munchkins!  She had everyone’s attention during cocktail hour.

Sally and Tom, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of such an important day for you.  Please continue on being two wonderful individuals making up an absolute powerhouse of a husband and wife!
