Deandra & Brett’s Seaport Engagement Session

This past weekend was just about as perfect is it gets to be out shooting, especially when you’re spending time with couples in love, like Deandra and Brett.  I first met Deandra when she was a bridesmaid at Jamie and Matt’s wedding back in 2011, and we met again at Tara & Jeremiah’s wedding last year.  Needless to say, I was beyond thrilled when I got an email about a few months ago saying she had JUST gotten engaged (as in two days before she emailed me) and she couldn’t imagine anyone else photographing her wedding.  To my dismay, when she told me her date, I was already booked!  Luckily, I was the first call she had made, and before booking her venue, we were able to find a date that I was open, I could not be happier!  It was great to meet up with them again for their engagement session around the Seaport district and the ICA.  It was like hanging out with two old friends, with lots of laughing.  I can’t wait for their Willowdale Estate wedding which is exactly one year from today!
