Part of my job is being able to read people (usually quickly) to get to know them and how to put their best foot forward. I would way rather have you looking at your images and think “That is so us!” versus stiff and contrived poses that happen to have been the latest Pinterest trend. Within about 3 minutes of meeting Meredith and Tom (we had previously only met over Skype), I knew a few things about them, and all of them made me happy. First, these two are 120% best friends, and enjoy every minute together. Second, Tom makes Meredith laugh, a lot (even if it is an “oh my gosh, you think you’re soooo funny” laugh). Third, Tom really does think he’s that funny (and loves to cause trouble)! When I told Tom before we even started shooting that I saw a little bit of a devilish side in him, he burst out laughing, saying “you’re GOOD! You’ve totally read me like a book in under five minutes!” From that point forward, I think we all knew we were going to enjoy this session on a beautiful afternoon in the Public Gardens and the Esplanade.
Meredith has such a gentle and calming personality – she and Tom are the perfect balance for each other.
Those sparkling blue eyes! I can’t get enough.
Meredith & Tom, I am so excited for your wedding in just over two weeks! I can’t wait for your wedding!

Amazing pictures! As usual, looks like you two are having a blast! Of course, if the photographer really knew Tom, she would have brought meatballs. LOL!!
