It’s so wonderful that no matter how many people we photograph, no matter how close to home, there are always new places to find. Recently, we were introduced to Sachem Rock Farm in Bridgewater, a beautiful historic space with rolling greens, old wooden fences, and beautiful trees. On top of having a beautiful background to work with, we were blessed with the amazing high school sweethearts, Sara & Jeff. I’ve known Sara for quite a few years now, since she was one of the first people to volunteer as a model for me years ago, before I started photographing weddings. Naturally, when she and Jeff met with us and decided we were the perfect fit for their Plimoth Plantation rustic wedding, we were totally doing the happy dance. We met them down at the farm, and Jeff was kind enough to drive a borrowed 1927 Ford Model T all the way down for their shoot, and I’m now considering requiring an antique car for all engagement sessions! (I kid, but seriously, this thing is awesome.) After spending some time with these guys, and seeing how absolutely natural they are in front of the camera (despite Sara’s claims otherwise!), we are beyond excited for their wedding next September!
